I remember having Babycham and Snowballs at christmas too as a child. We still used to have Snowball's at my ex-mother in laws house on christmas day!

Yes, Snowballs (with mascherano cherry), Babycham and Cherry B's are part of my memories too, my kids like the Snowballs.

My Mil is partial to Tia Maria at Xmas, just the sickly smell makes me retch, I drank most of a bottle when I was 8 and had to go to hospital. Most sickly liqueurs that get wheeled out at Xmas, Cointreau, Glayva, Bols, Baileys, etc Give me Tia Maria flashbacks.

In my very early teens I once made the Christmas trifle with whiskey instead of sherry as I couldn't tell the difference - to me it was just a bottle of brown stuff in the sideboard. It was dead nice though!

Mmmmm, sherry trifle. Mmmmmmm. Maybe I'll make one again this year....
