Same thing happens with holidays. We work everything else by proper dates and then suddenly for holidays it is "the last two weeks in August".

so now I need to know.... is that the last 2 full weeks of the last 14 days .... what happens when the last day is on a Wednesday.... is it only open for a week and a half....
