Mid-week weekend. It'd mean your weekend calculation would need a bit of tweaking though!

Now that depends what your calling a weekend, if your referring to it as Sat/Sun then people who work weekends have a weekend but they are at work, if your referring to it as the end of the working work, it could be anyday, when I worked staggered days the weekend dropped on any day of the week.

"I'm open the last Saturday and Sunday of every month, however if the last Saturday is the very last day of the month, and therefore the Sunday, would, by definition, be the first Sunday of the next month, then I'll be open the preceding Saturday and Sunday of the month, which has by default become the last weekend* of the month."
Please not that the term weekend is used to describe Saturday and Sunday and does not cover the looser definition of weekend that shift workers other Sat/Sun workers may use to describe days off in the middle of the week.
