Where can I buy new hoods for an old Raleigh?

As the title says, I am looking for hoods for a Raleigh Road Ace.
No idea where to start, no LBS close by to ask so throwing myself open to the knowledge of the CC collective.
If anyone knows where I can lay my hands on some gradual tint bar tape in blue, that would be equally awesome. I can find it in black.

I bought the Dia Compe 202/204 hoods for the Golden Arrow levers on my Raleigh Corsa and they've fitted fine and look the part
