Thing is when my legs go they are glad of the walk! Which happens a lot on long routes, I am predicting a lot of walking on saturday!

Just you make sure you look after dear little A.M. - Thats an order!

I feel rather ashamed that I took one look at that race and very quickly decided 'not likely'. I don't think I can ride that far never mind race it!
