Where do you buy wheel discs/covers from?

Does anyone know where to buy these from? There's a Vortex on ebay at the moment...

.....but as I'm not going to bid on it, it's a bit cheeky to ask where he got them from. I'm a bit of a high viz, and have front and rear fairing on my Ice Trice, so these would finish it off.
