Where is the strangest/dangerous place you have changed a tyre?

I had a flat tyre on the way back from work on a fast country lane. It was the national speed limit and there are quite a few dead animals who have been struck by cars and about 3 flowers on the roadside. Well, any I was going to stop on the side of the road and try and replace it. But I had second thoughts and cycled home another 5 miles with a rear flat.

So there was nowhere whatsoever where you could change the tyre safely?
