Secondary.

I suppose it all depends. I have a mate who nowadays does supply. He is a maths teacher and prefers "challenging" schools/students.Never has any problem getting work - indeed he is always turning it away.

Teaching - challenging? I would say so. Did it for a while. Hated it.
