Where is this climb??

I saw on Facebook a few weeks back about a climb I'd like to try. It's called 'The Tumbler'
It's 6k long and a steady 10% gradient. Does anyone know where it is please.

I've been there many times, but never on a bike.

Fantastic views, interesting industrial archaeology in Cwm Llanwenarth to your right, and a dead horse at the top. What's not to like?
