Can I just buy any cycling glasses online and take them to the opticians to change the lenses or do I need special glasses for cycling? Does anyone have any recommendations for cycling glasses?

if you want direct glazed, you need to find specific glasses . Not inexpensive though, direct glazed transition Oakley or similar are £300
I used this company in the past

I personally didn’t like the aesthetic of the Optilabs frames and they weren’t actually much cheaper for the same type of lens (their showroom isn’t far away so I actually tried them on)

I have some Optilabs vari focal reactolite, they are OK, but I recently had a new prescription and new glasses from Specsavers with a free second pair to the same prescription, I chose some sports sunglasses as the second pair and these are now my goto cycling glasses.
