Wasting your time and money. These are not a critical bearing component or precision fit. Clean off any minor rust with some medium or fine emery paper and then grease them up. Many V brakes don't actually rotate on the post anyway and are actually built with an internal sleeve that just fits on, then the brake pivots on the sleeve.
