Which bike is missing from your stable?

Hi I'm a new member and just saw your post.
My father was a track racer and did really well on his Gillot.
I have his fully restored bike in a specialist bag, at home.
It's white with blue graphics, all top class parts and really a new bike as it should be, because he paid £1200 for the restoration!

I'd like a cargo bike, but I can't really justify it (trailer does the job mostly and doesn't require another bike plus somewhere to store it)

Really what I want now is a riding around town bike with flat pedals. Had one for a while - an Elswick Hopper- but it was a bit small so I moved it on and haven't replaced it.
