Being a lazy, ride it, chuck it in the garage, ride it type of bloke that I am, I need a rust proof chain.
Looking at either the "Taya Anti Rust Single Speed Bike Chain 408h" or "KMC Z610RB Rustbuster Chain"

Any idea which is best from a quality point of view?

KMC has a good reputation among the LFGSS lot. Also consider the Wippermann White Star anti-rust chain, although it is full-bushing and therefore pretty rattly, even with a perfect chainline. Great chain for hub gears though, where there is enough wobble in the freewheel bit to make it run quietly.

I'd go regular KMC, and keep it well lubed,it's quick and easy to do, it shouldn't rust. My neglected work hack chain never rusts and that barely gets any attention, just a splodge of 3 in 1 once in a while.

+1 for KMC, tried sram chains and they just break.

I use sram and they are ok. I'm using a KMC at the moment and it's also ok... can't really notice the difference other than the colour.
