which cycle case holder for iphone to use as a gps

guys I want to use my iphone like a gps,and was wondering which is the best support bracket and case

any help appreciated

What phone do you have as you need to get one for that size, on mine the phone fits snugly, you need to remove any cases or bumpers

Herbert Richter bike mounts are well made, i have universal bike mount. However I like the sound of Bike Console mount.

I've got the Topeak Dry Bag for 4 - 5" phones for my LG Nexus 4 and my mate has the iPhone 4 version of the same mount HERE.

So far we've not been out since I got mine but his worked well except that we couldn't get Endomondo working correctly on his phone. I tested mine on the bike for fitting and my phone is ridiculously tight fitting but I'd prefer that then loose to be fair. The iPhone version is better fitted due to only catering for one phone size as expected. We were out in the rain last weekend and his phone stayed bone dry so highly recommend and can still be used through the plastic front.

Dry bag option is good, that way I can still use my Herbert Richter bike mount as its universal.

Been using a Topeak Ridecase with my iPhone 4 for a year, both with stem mount & handlebar mount. Stayed on and undamaged in my one off, so no complaints. Only concession to weatherproofing is a rubber transparent cover, but has survived the last year's cr@ppy weather with no issues.

Surprisingly it still worked with his Sealskinz gloves on however my Perl Izumi lobster gloves were too much we found so the gloves had to come off and it was wet and cold like you've said.

That's the updated version of the one I've been using since 2010, without any problems (or water ingress). It was still on the handlebars after the unplanned dismount due to black ice, last December.
