Which disc pads do I need?

Your original pads will have a number on them like L05 A . If your happy with what you use just direct swap them . The A indicates organic metallic will be a different letter M I think

It’s a minefield Jay! I bought some cheap sintered pads a while back and they screeched like buggery. I’ve just switched them out for some swisstop organic pads and they’re silent bliss. In theory I think organic pads have a shorter life, but no one will thank you for noisy brakes.
 
I'm no expert but I think Organic pads are softer thus quieter, disk friendly and more progressive but where out faster than Metalic which are sharper and last longer but can be more noisy. I put organic pads on by gravel bike I prefer more progressive silent braking. I'm not sure so I'll have to check; there a slight noise when I apply them which might be they've worn down already (I had a similar noise before which went away with new pads) but it may just be the brakes need bled.

It tells you what pads you can use. There is also another option metal/sintered without fins - K04S-MX Metal (w/o fin)
