A couple of significant negatives for that Kia IMO are its steering and ride if Autocar are correct.

The Kia EV2 worth a look? It’s a much better-looking version of the Hyundai Inster.

That's been on my watch list for a while, might go take a look next weekend when the official launches start.

Will also be looking at the 3 VW group ones being released soon, don't need a big car so those 'polo' sized offerings could be perfect for me.
VW looks the all round package, cupra the sportier looking and Skoda will be the cheapest of the 3 but it's the one I'm leaning towards.

We have just ordered a new Polo and was tempted to wait for the electric model due out late this year. But we decided to wait until any software glitches are ironed out during the first year or two of production.

A video popped up in my YouTube of the car camping mode of the Tesla Model Y. Looks very impressive. There's a purpose made air mattress you can get to go in the back. The car has a special mode that keeps the climate control running to stop condensation etc.

Definitely something I could use. Shame the car is so expensive!

My lad has the Y. He bought the inflatable shaped mattress from Tesla, then went 'camping' with his mates in winter. He drove 70 miles to destination used camping mode at 20C each night for 3 nights and had enough charge to drive 30-40 miles to charge up for return journey.

His mates one in a tent, one in a camper van said it was cold on a night. My lad was toasty at 20°C

I read some encouraging news earlier today that by UK average prices, an ICE car is now more expensive than electric.
