Wilko ones are rubbish tho!
Not so. I've done over 2 years of cycling with no problems with them
I never got one to actually inflate properly! Maybe a bad batch, but that was my experience
The best inner tubes are the ones I use. Continental, Schwalbe, Halfords, Specialized.
You can get bad batches of pretty much any brand. A mate of mine bought a box of 10 Specialized and every one of them split along a seam!

Regardless of brand make sure to buy with long enough valve.
But not too long or sideways leverage by a mini pump may be increased...
... looks crap, and makes your bike so heavy that you won't be able to ride up any kind of a hill!

PS I made the last one up, and it was a joke aimed at weight-weenies!

I always buy Halfords as they are cheap and shrink wrapped, which makes them nice and small for the saddle bag.

They had them last week £10 for 4 (normally 4 quid each) but for some reason it wasn't being advertised anywhere, the lass on the till told me as I went to pay
