I could quite put my finger on it, but it wasn't quite 'right'. Not as bad as Hersheys though, as they are edible!

They also brought some very entertaining bags of mixed sweets from Hong Kong, including dried tiny tomatoes, and boiled sweets flavoured with coffee or something that might have been Horlicks...

Soap I tells ya.

The only choccy that the Yanks can get right are M&M's and Reeces Peanut Butter Cups.

Must confess, I haven't seen coconut Kit Kats, or hazelnut or fudge for that matter. Are they some sort of new edition that haven't yet reached north of the border? Hence my confusion as to why orange was not included as a voting option.
they have been advertised for about 2 weeks but only just getting into the shops now

Nestlé naused up Kitkat years ago. I remember when you used to break a four finger Kitkat you'd be breaking the wafer, now you just break the chocolate.

And don't get me started on feckin Club biscuits. " if you like a lot of chocolate on your biscuit join our Club..." bollix do you now, the chocolate barely covers the feckin thing now, tight bottomed twunts, put more choccy back on my Clubs!

I'm on a diet at the moment (trying to drop the weight to help the cycling) but just so I don't miss out I've got one of each in a drawer ready for when I hit my target weight.

So I'll answer your question in a couple of months :cursing:

For no great reason, this always makes me smile.
That's nothing; a whole SHIRE got named after this one:

The Japanese are much more adventurous when it comes to their kitkats - I've seen vegetable flavour and have tried wasabi flavour (with green chocolate) green tea flavour (again with green chocolate) and strawberry cheesecake flavour (pink chocolate).
Wasabi flavoured chocolate is an experience I don't look forward to repeating.
