One has 105 the other doesn't but yeh they are pretty much the same

They both have Sora. Neither has 105.

the chain reactions one is better..... it is cheaper! apart from that what @dustybin said they are identical specs wise both have sora

No, the first has a double - 50/34, the second a triple - 50 / 39 / 30

Yes, but you can use a triple shifter with either a triple or double chainset.
