Which phone to marry up with Garmin

I am not sure if this possible.

I would like to use a Mobile phone to download tracks from my Garmin Gps60SX into My Garmin Connect site.

Can this be done and which phone can I Use to do it? I dont want an i phone if it is as user unfriendly as an i pad.
