Johnny Cash's cover of the Nine Inch Nails song - Hurt. He recorded it not long before he died and the emotion in his voice is incredible.

I remember seeing the video for this on some music channel.

It stopped me dead in my tracks. It absolutely blew me away, I was stunned, nothing had ever come close to doing that before or has since. IMO the single most powerful video/song I have ever seen.

Anathema's "A dying wish".
My Dying Bride's "Cry of mankind".
Pearl Jam's "Better man".
Smashing Pumpkins' "Today".
"Hurt" and "A warm place" by Nine Inch Nails.
Oh, I could go on and on, I'm very easily moved

Lots and lots of tunes. But the second movement of Ravel's piano concerto no 2 in G is very poignant for me. As is a song called 'All the trees of the field will clap their hands' by Sufjan Stevens. Both for very different reasons, but both make me cry lots. Both refer to times of great loss for me.
