Anyway, I Googled lots of cockapoo images and the golden one is definitely the one to go for.

Turn the puppies over onto their backs and hold then to the floor with gentle pressure from your hand over their chests. Choose the one which struggles least - that is the more submissive of the two and will be easier to train.

The good thing about cockapoos is that they shed very little (because of the poodle parent).

It's really early days to be choosing between them in terms of personality but as I'll be away all July I have to make the decision early, unless the breeder doesn't get another offer for t'other one before August (unlikely).

After I see them in person on Wednesday and choose, I then have to think of a name...
