which road bike budget

Hi Ya

After peps advice as Ihave a limited budjet but have come up with a short list of the following with a budjet of 650.00

Trek 1.2

Specialized Allez sport

Giant Defy 3

Cube Aerial

Orbea Aqua

Bianchi via narone

What are you going to use it for?

I heard the Treks are a less racy possition, meant to be more confy for long rides, personally didnt feel it myself.

The Bianchi is the c2c(coast to coast) bikes right? They also are more relaxed geometry.

No idea about the others, depends exactly what you want to use it for. Then once you know that you should ride all the possible suiters and see which one you like the feel of.

occasional commute, mainley lesuire riding 9 15-40 miles ,inc charity rides

Basically apart from the feel of the frame,which you will only get to know by riding one,there is little between the above bikes.

They mostly have a Shimano Sora groupset which is a good entry level starter.

The rest of the kit is also entry level - so they will get you from a to b without either being super quick or fantastically comfortable.

i have the defy 3 which i bought in November... love every second of it...for the money it is perfect!!
