Have narrowed down my search for a new front sus fork to some Rock Shox

Tora SL Coil reduced from £199 to £130

Tora 302 U-turn @ £179
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=13113

or at a stretch I can go over my £200 budget for
Rock Shox Tora SL Solo Air 100 @ £209
http://www.cyclesportsuk.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=3237

I am riding mainly XC - no really crazy techie stuff but I do a bit of rocky stuff from time to time. I am 90kg.

So my questions are:

1. Which is best for me?

2. What is main difference if I go for air shock one?

3. Are there any specifi things to look out for when getting a fork, eg do they all fit all bikes?

Thanks in advance.

I have disc brakes.
In which case you have missed the boat, as the U turn Toras are now sold out for disc brake fitting..... but you may find some elsewhere at the same sort of price.

Stretch the budget for the solo-airs, they are lighter for a start. Many say coil sprung forks are more supple, but I like the tuneability of air forks.
