Hi,
I just returned a Tacx Vortex which was faulty. I need a new TT for using with Trainerroad. I like fully smart and FEC control. Don't want another Tacx as it was great when working but unreliable software wise, and hardware wise in the end!
I want to spend the least possible, but also get a good machine. Not sure quite how important max resistance/grade is, for example the cheapest offers 800 watts and 6%. Wondering how much better/future proof a bigger wattage capability would be.
I am considering:
Elite Qubo digital (£280)
Kinetic Road Machine Smart control (no ANT is putting me off) (£440)
Cycleops magnus (£440)
Bkool Go and Pro (350/450)
Wahoo Kickr Snap (500)
Let me know what you think. Cheers.
