Not tried it before, but a really nice aged boned rib from the best butcher in the world. Family coming round, so I'm doing a sort of carvery with a ham joint as well. I'm experimenting with roasting it in orange juice and maple syrup. Vegetable mix with fresh Jerusalem artichokes from the garden, traditional roast potatoes. Sauteed hispi cabbage. Roast cherry tomatoes from the garden. I'll see if they eat any of it.
