To dismiss it because of that .. seriously read their articles on the protocol, the articles on the effects of the width of tyres, road surfaces etc.
As long as you understand that the figures do not represent actual real world wattages, but do correlate very well to what is fast in the real world, you can use it as the amazing resource it is.
