reading of yet another case where a convicted so and so, has been released by probation or some other such sevice, has gone on to commit more offenses such as rape murder ectect,
my point is that if we have caught them, who every makes a risk assesment of them that allows them to be released is equally responcible to the the next victim of there crimes?
if they get it so wrong (and they often do
they must in some way be held responcibl , because the new crims would not have happened without there decision? maybe not the best forum for this question ,but enough is enough.
