Long holidays are a pain. The sooner everybody is back to work and the kids back to school the sooner us the rest of us can get on as normal.

I'm at work but I work from home so sat in my pyjamas watching Sky Sports whilst I 'work'. After today though I'm off until the 3rd - miscalculated my annual leave!

There were a few cars about, but nowhere near as much traffic as a normal weekday morning.

Yup, me. I didn't have to as we shut the office for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year.
But it's a good time to come in and clear a load of stuff that needs doing and to catch up before the new year.

Normally I'd be working 23rd-26th December, but rostered as day-off this year
(I think, out of my 20 years in NHS, I've possibly had 4 CD/BD off)

same here , just wish it hadnt been so frosty as i would have quite enjoyed a few bike miles today but alas not to be , although i might ride back after lunch
