True, but if the naked clown then comes up to you and starts insulting you, and refuses to stop, you might get a bit narked.

When I was young, if I stepped out of line or was out of order (like most of us here), I was soon back put in my place quite rapidly (and harshly once or twice) by my elder mates!

It's easier to be mouthy on a forum than it is at the rugby or cricket club! But you shouldn't think that 'innocence' or being a youngster should be a good reason to be treated with kid gloves.

Depends if the naked clown is repeatedly bumping into you and shouting 'I'M A NAKED CLOWN EVERYONE! LOOK AT ME! I'M REALLY ANNOYING!'
In which case, option 2 applies or nearest equivalent.

I once nearly punched Charlie Chaplin because he wouldn't leave me and my ex alone.
