Christmas is a special and significant day for many people, one that is eagerly anticipated and prepared for weeks in advance, a time for celebration for thousands of folk. Why then celebrate it with a meal in which the main component is the blandest meat ever created? If turkey was so nice people would eat it more often than once or twice a year.
