Why close passes are dangerous

...blowing through stop signs (cyclists do have to stop at this in the US).

Unless it's in Idaho - Idaho cyclists are allowed to treat a Stop sign as a Yield sign. This wasn't Idaho - as far as I know, this is Berkeley, California.

Has nothing to do with the incident at hand, but why show your self cycling like a tool?

Indeed. I make sure I cut those bits out of my videos.
