[not really knowing what a 'password manager' is] - would these not be some of the most targeted software for hackers on the planet ? I would have thought the best security would not involve anything connected to the web.
This is a good article on the merit of using a password manager

And this site provides a neat illustration of what could happen if you use the same password in more than one place - https://haveibeenpwned.com/

What is your dad's christian name?

No... don't answer.
No need to answer, I'm sure we can get it from the General Register Office

I think I would be easy to find in real life, my regulatory body used to have my work address for everybody to see but have dropped it recently.

What amazes me is that some people are unaware that we use more than one forum. For example; selling bike on Retrobike for £540 and then moved on here for 35 quid more.......

Hmmm. There's a few CC people who've been to my house, at least two who know my bank details and a few with my full name. Can't say I'm that concerned.

I'm pleased to see that Googling my name brings up nothing more than a post I made under my own name on a web forum about a century ago in computing time and even that is slipping back page by page as other people with the same name get publicity, mostly in the USA it seems and mostly in sports or for committing crimes.
