Why Hors Category painted on bike

There is a graphic design in my Bianchi bike Hors Category. What I understand HC is a climbing classification that signifies an extremely tough climb.

But why such a permanent design painted onto my bike. Surely it doesn’t mean the bike can climb HC without any effort from the rider right?

HoC is the branding that Bianchi use for their top-level frames- at the moment, the Oltre.

They've misspelt category! Get some Tippex and change it to Hors catégorie!

PS. Climb Cats in the TdF start at 4% gradient. A 4% grade of 20.01 km qualifies as Hors Cat.

I do that on my turbo for a 45 minute training session. Its no big deal.
