Anyone who refers to a chain drive bike as one "without gears" is not getting my clicks.

Pedant mode off.

Hi, fellow pedant - I was just muttering to myself that they are 1-gear bikes, NOT 0-gear bikes!

"without gears" can logically be interpreted as without multiple gears, instead, a single gear.
Alike "I don't have options - I can only do that 1 thing.
Talking about singlespeed benefits, to then show multispeed bikes including obvious fake feedback, maybe he sold a part of his page to advertisers and he forgot or didn't bother to update his blabla.
... and that is also on a disclaimer page there:

That's what happens these days when you do a search regardless which engine: they show you ads with what you searched just (one of) the catch phrase(s).

In the late nineties and early 200x, google direct-linked the pages that contained the words you entered, ranked most found first, the results were paged into the thousands (if that many), and you could go directly to 500 or 2000 or whatever.

Nowadays, it's an advertisement rather than a search engine, and over the years, they did all they could to prevent you missing their ads.
Resulting in sites that aren't even about what is advertisement, alike in this case, where one expects singlespeed bikes, with not any shown.
