Did my first proper country road cycle the other week and a peacock darted out in front of me nearly making me crash before gracefully flouncing off. Don't think I'd see that in the city.

Used to be a common site in the Fishponds part of Bristol, he (Mr Peacock ... can't remember if he was called ... just looked him up - Percy apparently) had some regular hunts where he would wander around. I haven't seen him or heard of him for a few years now, I wonder if he is still there?
