Lovely bike, available in my size too.
If I needed a new commuter I would buy this one.
But why does a bike advertised as utility bike not come with mudguards and a rack as standard??

That's extra. TBH it's got all the attachments (mount points) for a real gravel bike. Most don't... It's a very good bargain.
