Wide cycling shoes

I've tried them all (some on here may remember the thread from last year). Sidi Mega Dominators were the only ones that fit comfortably. Within a week of getting them I did a week long tour with no discomfort.

What's the sizing like? Need to go up a size from normal shoes?

I went up 1/2 a size. The ones I went for were the Sidi MTB Dominator 5 Fit Mega - apparently the 'Fit Mega' indicates the wider fit.

Yeah those don't seem to be available in a 44 (I'm normally a 43 but variable), the others are cheaper too Might be of interest to the OP, only available on eBay and no free returns
