Did you have to buy them all fish & chips though?I sent "Do you want some fish and chips?" to every single emergency bleeper in the company. Turns out the dicksplat in charge of DR had given me the master bleeper. I got some irate messages in return from some fairly senior people. Still, everyone knew who I was after that.
See that's what I think bit Mrs SG tells me I'm wrongYou shouldn't put x's in messages to women who you are not relatives/lovers.
That's how I knew my ex-husband was having an affair!
I thought the custom had more to do with number of kisses? One for close friends to express warm regard; two for someone who's a bit more than a friend; three or more for something, well, altogether hotter.
On that basis I think Chromatic has a bit of a thing for the OP.
Possibly, but it is more likely you are just being Scottish.Am as just being old fashioned?
Or possibly force of habit as their wifes have got them adding an x most of the time?![]()
Now you ARE old fashioned. It's supposed to be one kiss but make it last like three kisses. (put your guard up afterwards though for any ensuing slaps).Don't ask me, I'm still figuring out when to greet someone with a kiss and which side to kiss them.....oh, and should it be one kiss, two or three?
Have you made any little spelling mistakes there Pat?I wouldn't x any messages to men ( I'm a woman)unless they are relatives or really close friends.
If a man "xses"me I would consider the fact he could fancy me.
I am old fashioned![]()
