Wiggle - chat on their website [little help please]

I have a question I would like to ask wiggle via the chat function on their website - but whenever I try the chat function on either doesn't pop up, or if it does it just says its busy.

If you have a spare moment could you go to the wiggle site and see if the chat box comes up for you please? I would like to check it isn't something to do with my internet connection or browser settings.

I get no 'chat now' icon displayed.

I can't help thinking that they're missing a trick not saying people can ask chat questions in a 'wiggle room'

My 'chat' just popped up. I was on the site for a couple of mins before it popped up in the bottom right hand corner.

I should have said its the chat function - where you can communicate with a wiggle employee, and not the "have a question?" where there are FAQ questions.

Nope, I thought you meant the question one. I cannot see a chat area. Indeed, doing a search does not bring up an option.

its for a pricematch that they need all the details for, then they have to give me a voucher code. its easier if its done by typed message.

I have filled in the normal form, but it can be quicker of you can get someone on live chat.
