Looks like there's enough slack in that cable to slip it over the bars.

A very nice colour indeed. Strange company, Bobbin, they only appear to do their models in one colour, titanite green. It could get confusing if there were a lot of them around.

Nope - but they do do a limited number of colours. One of these sits outside my work with a silver rack and traditional brown leather saddle bag and I've thought "that's pretty":
