Maybe he is just a punter betting in amounts he can easily afford to lose, who knows?

My local Corals closed this year, three jobs gone and a lot of people inconvenienced because the next betting shop is twelve miles away. Sure there are problem gamblers, but a lot of the people who cheer when betting shops close lament the passing of their local pub -
