Windows 10 problem. How do I disable The Administator blocking an app?

Thank you. I spent most of the afternoon looking at various download options without success. A large part of the problem seemed to be that Samsung printer support is now run by HP and it's virtually impossible to speak to anybody for useful advice. Anyway, I've downloaded all the drivers from the site you suggested and will see how it works tomorrow.
