Fair comments on what is interfering, I've just got some halogen lights so no need to worry about LED's 
On the interferance from H/R monitors well I just bought the Polar C200 so they are all combined and shouldn't give issues, on the micro wave sources well its only going to happen for a couple of seconds so a slight hickup when moving is hardly going to be noticed as far as I can see, but there again I could just be too relaxed/laid back about it.
