I would be surprised to learn if this was a case of a serious cyclist being stabbed over a road rage incident

I bet she knew the people who killed her and a bet it was over something else other than getting in a motorists way, she just happened to be riding a bike is more like it.

I live in a rough arse area and this kind of thing sounds familiar, disputes that are often petty, money, relationships, looking at someone the wrong way in the pub, settled through violence that turns to murder.
