Women's long trousers

I am planning on buying Mrs Cisamcgu a pair of long cycling pants for her birthday, possibly thermal ?

She is size 12-14 and about 5'2" if that helps

Any advice on brands/makes or even specific items ?

Do you mean tights or trousers?

If tights, what size is she, as it's worth Sigma sport often have good clearance deals on mid-high end kit but usually in limited sizes
