I'm not saying there's a conspiracy, kickstar, but it's rather unhelpful that even some cyclists suggest that blocked cycle tracks aren't worth reporting because people could go play in motor traffic. Few people enjoy that, which is part of the reason tracks are built alongside busy roads.

which was unhelpful. Crap highways practice should be challenged - those inconvenienced by it aren't getting their "knickers in a knot".

I have complained and thank you for link no anti cycling conspiracy. With regard to cycling in road the junction is down from 1 lane to two.
Dangerous at least cycle lane gives you some security even though traffic has decided its no longer active by driving over it, in it or how ever you like rules dont apply as there are cones in the road free for all.

Has the cycle lane got a solid white line? Not clear from photos. If not it's not obligatory for traffic to stay out
