Not entirely sure what the upshot is, but interesting, I thought.

It looks like the @AirRoadsHnps on the bottom of the right hand side refers to Hackney New Primary School and an allied air quality and road safety concern group. Surprising that a Hackney school would appear on an Islington Street poster site so I guess the Parents' Air Quality and Road Safety Group is not a Hackney action group.
