Has anyone mentioned Dyke village in Lincolnshire?

You're not allowed to say that on here as I recently found out. Its 'women in comfortable shoes'.

Nice part of the world. I remember years ago staying at the Poachers Inn at Piddletrenthide. There are a few villages along the river with similar names, Piddlehinton being one of them.

Yes cracking chalk streams in that area...always enjoyed a spot of fishing with a good ride around Dorset..soon the cycling took precedence and that was that, rod and reel stayed at home.
