Been out on a few rides now..forgot to start the Garmin on 1st ride.

1. 13 miles omg hills
2. 13 miles will I make it back...water
3. 10 miles..Woops got dark pretty quick and rear light failed. Lucky made it home before too late.

So far not bad. Do feel like I'm not moving sometimes and the smallest hills are tough.

Let's see if I can upload a pic..

Well done. Might be better if you just link to your rides rather than the images, it's a bit more interactive. Keep it up

Ive forgotton to turn on the garmin before a ride as well. Also forgot to turn it off after an event only to have it beep at me from the boot five miles later.

I have two lights when I ride in winter time in case the batteries fade on one during the ride or it falls off etc.

Summer I'm rarely out late enough to need lights though there is often one lurking in the bottom of my pannier. I admit there is usually a couple of times when I get caught out by bad weather in the Autumn before I get back into proper winter light mode.
